It is estimated at least 1 in 20 Australians have a fear of dogs.

Using the successful KAD (Kids Around Dogs®) protocol it is possible to conquer the fear of dogs in both kids and adults.

The protocol uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to change negative thoughts about dogs into positive ones by looking at and understanding and learning about dogs along with the use of cognitive behaviour techniques.

This program consists of 12 sessions, 7 online and 5 in person.

The protocol uses cognitive behavioural techniques by giving weekly tasks or games to do, for which a reward is given. Throughout the program the personality and experience of each individual is always considered.

Online sessions are designed to learn about dogs and understand the object of the person's fear, the in person sessions are a practical way to be introduced to a calm and assessed dog.
